Asked Questions About Sable-Law
|
| 1. If
our firm signs up for Sable-Law's services do we have to use every vendor
listed in your products & service listings area?
Once your firm becomes a Sable-Law member,
your firm can request a FREE quote
and/or evaluation on the products and services you wish. This
does not obligate you to the purchase of the product or service.
The FREE evaluation is a part of the
membership. After all, if your brother-in-law or sister is
your insurance agent, we clearly understand that this service will not
be up for review, no matter what!
2. How does our firm become a member?
Contact Sable-Law and a representative will assist you with your
enrollment.
3. Will Sable-Law always have the lowest price vendor in each
category?
No. "Our goal is to exceed our clients expectations. "
To do that, Sable-Law is committed to finding the right solutions for
our clients. That means reviewing the entire scope of what
the firm needs, would like to have access to up-to-date information which
allows for better buying decisions on products and services.
We find that our clients are looking for a fair price or profit margin
from our vendors. Service, warranties, delivery charges, restocking
fees and other ancillary items either create additional nuance and/or
increase pricing. Many of our clients do not have the time
to review thoroughly all of the choices in the marketplace.
Sable-Law does that for them.
4. Should I list our firm on the Internet? If so, why?
Absolutely. Your firm should have a presence on the Web.
A custom Web site site gives your law practice the ability to display
unique skills and distinguishable assets. It creates a level
marketing plan for smaller law firms when faced against larger firms'
marketing budgets. It also allows client referrals to view
information about the firm before the initial consultation, creating a
more relaxed environment for your new client.
5. How can Sable-Law save our firm time?
Our company does all the legwork. For example: Your firm needs
a new copier. Sable-Law would ask all types of questions about
the existing copier now. We review the different manufacturers,
the dealerships and the leasing companies out in the marketplace.
As you can see that takes a great deal of time, time that you and your
law firm can spend on new clients.
6. What makes Sable-Law different than other legal resources on
the Web?
This company not only looks out for the lawyer, administrative assistant
and members of a law practice but also the consumer. We create
a "win-win" solution for both the law practice and the client.
7. How does Sable-Law create a "win-win" environment
for both the law firm and the client?
Both the client and the law practice are concerned with payment.
Often law firms are not paid on time or in full. Subsequently,
clients are often not prepared for the price of litigation and all the
expenses that are inquired. By addressing both parties concerns
we are able to create a "win-win" environment for all parties
involved.
8. Is there a minimum number of products or services our firm
must use?
No. Your firm can pick and choose what products and services
your firm uses. The final decision is always left up to the
law practice.
9. How can Sable-Law offer such a wide variety of products and
services at such a low cost?
Once Sable-Law does research in any given product or service often that
information is kept up to date and reused again. Also, may
of our vendors have been doing business for a while with our clients so
Sable-Law has built up a volume of business with a given vendor which
results in lower prices. Sable-Law reviews products and services
as if we were making these decisions right there in your office.
So if a vendors product or service needs modification to their product
we explain to the vendor what needs to be changed and why.
We educate our vendors about the area of law. This way we're
not trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
